Easy Outlook Mail Merge

PowerShell Outlook Add-In allows you to spend less time writing repetitive Emails, and more time getting work done. PowerShell Outlook Add-In lets you create personalized message templates that can be applied to contacts or messages, giving you all of the power of 'mail-merge' without ever leaving your inbox.

Create Template

First, create a new PowerShell Message Template. Using PowerShell ASP syntax you can mix-in predefined message variables and PowerShell script to fully personalize your template.

Message templates can be created in either plain-text or HTML format, and message formatting will be applied in the same manner as it is saved with the template.

Apply Template

After saving the template you may select one or more contacts or messages and click on the template to create individual personalized Email messages.

Send!

After applying the message template you have the option of editing the individual messages further or skipping this step and automatically sending the messages.
